- 첫 라운드에는 Scout Squad만 노출하고 주력은 예비대로 둬 Coterie of the Conceited의 Pact 누적을 늦춥니다.
- Thrill Seekers는 다른 유닛이 이미 공격하거나 돌격한 대상을 고르지 못합니다. 노출 유닛을 줄이면 Advance나 Fall Back을 한 유닛의 집중 공격을 제한할 수 있습니다.
- Lucius the Eternal과 Flawless Blades를 먼저 처리합니다. Dante와 Captain with Jump Pack을 지키는 일이 우선입니다.

대처 D2 무기는 1로 깎이니 Encarmine Weapon 효율이 낮습니다. 내 사격으로 W를 먼저 줄여 모탈 주사위를 줄이되, D1인 Twin Assault Cannon을 씁니다. 거점에는 값싼 유닛을 남겨 돌격을 흡수합니다. 처치는 Bring It Down 4VP지만 우선순위는 Lucius 뒤로 보입니다.

대응 초반 킬을 주지 않아 서약 실패를 노립니다. 실패하면 점수가 없고 Warlord가 D3 모탈을 받습니다.
언제 어느 쪽 Command phase든 사용, 그 턴 종료까지입니다.
대응 Angelic Visage와 Heirs of Azkaellon의 수정치를 무시당합니다. 상대가 쓴 턴에는 사거리 안 핵심 유닛을 줄여 노출합니다.

배치
Scout Squad는 Infiltrators로 내 쪽 거점의 지형 안에 숨깁니다. 사격을 하지 않아야 Hidden이 유지됩니다. Sanguinary Guard + Commander Dante와 Sanguinary Guard + Captain with Jump Pack은 점수 50% 안에서 전략 예비대로 둡니다. Baal Predator는 Defiler의 48" 시야를 막는 Dense 뒤에, Flamestorm 기준 다음 턴 12+D6+18"를 보도록 둡니다. 도형은 레이아웃을 보고 판단합니다.

Force Disposition은 로스터에 미리 고른 값이며, Primary는 표로 정해지고 뽑지 않습니다. 내가 Take and Hold일 때 상대 Purge the Foe면 내 Primary는 IMMOVABLE OBJECT, 상대는 UNSTOPPABLE FORCE입니다. 상대가 Reconnaissance면 내 PURGE AND SECURE, 상대 RECONNAISSANCE SWEEP입니다.
Immovable Object는 내 Command phase 종료에 홈 제외 거점당 5VP이니 상대 턴을 버틸 유닛이 필요합니다. 중앙 통제는 내 턴 종료마다 3VP입니다. Unstoppable Force는 상대 Command phase 종료(5라운드는 상대 턴 종료)에 거점당 4VP, 처치 3VP, 탈환 3VP, 종료 시 중앙 5VP입니다.
세컨더리는 레이아웃과 공수 결정 뒤 비공개로 선택합니다. W10+ 표적이 많으면 Fixed Bring It Down(모델당 4VP)과 Assassination(캐릭터 3VP, W4+ 1VP 추가)이 유리해 보입니다. 입상 EC 리스트도 같은 두 장을 고르니 Baal Predator와 캐릭터 노출을 조심합니다. Tactical은 시작 후 두 장을 뽑고, 카드를 버리면 턴 종료에 1CP를 얻습니다.
